All in all it was good. Clean and most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was the biggest negative. It was uncomfortable, like a rock. My husband and the group we traveled with also felt the same about the bed so we did not feel well rested during the trip. The food was ok, not 5 star but ok. The buffet in particular was mediocre. Also, one of the people in our party is vegetarian and had difficulty finding many options for meals outside of the buffet. The app where you had to book restaurant reservations wasn't always working and we couldn't get into the restaurants we wanted to. We tried to start booking before we even arrived and could not. The property touted a "5 star" rating and this was what let us down. We still had a good time. It was good, just not 5 stars. The pool was the beautiful and our swim up room was the best part of the resort, just lovely. The beach was very crowded and felt like our chairs were on top of other guests. The power went out several times for short periods of time. Once the power went out in the middle of the night for about an hour (it was hot!) and another inconvenient time during dinner. We had not experienced some of these hiccups at previous stays at other resorts so it definitely impacted our opinion. This was our 7th trip to Punta Cana and we would rank the resort 5th out of the 5 different resorts we've stayed at. Again, it's good. We just felt that we have experienced much better resorts for the same amount of money.

very nice property! Very clean and well organized. Position very close to the ocean. Few restaurants are located in very close proximity to the beach with amazing view thourds the ocean and gardens. All of the restaurants we had dined at were excellent but if I have to pick from all my favorite is Limbo.
