The staff was amazing. They roll out the red carpet for you. The rooms are clean and well equipped. There is a golf cart that takes you to and from the beach. Very nice place and affordable!
This resort was the perfect choice to celebrate our 20th anniversary!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt welcomed and cared for. We will definitely be back. Beverly was the absolute best!!!
Lot of trees and perfectly landscaped property. Very clean and friendly staff. The attached restaurant Aplo was not great. The bedroom was small and bathroom functionality (space to put toilet bags, etc.) was not good.
The Oasis at Grace Bay was a dream. It had the amenities of a resort with a boutique hotel vibe. We stayed in one of the villas and were blown away by the attention to detail. There were night lights, tissues, first aid kits, kitchen appliances, Nespresso pods, umbrellas, laundry and dishwasher detergent, dishes and cooking utensils, extra bath and pool towels/blankets/shampoo/conditioner/soap. You name it, our villa had it). Staff members were laid back and friendly, and always ready to check out bikes to us or give us a ride to the beach on a golf cart. We had a couple of issues with our wifi and TV, but they were minor. Our only disappointment was the level of service at the attached restaurant, which was doing a practice run for guests before officially opening. They could use some additional time to iron out the kinks. Overall we had an incredible experience at The Oasis and plan to visit again.

A true oasis close to one of the most beautiful beaches In the world. My girlfriend and I stayed at The Oasis at Grace Bay for a week in August 2022. We loved our stay at this hotel. It is not ocean front but so close to the beach. The hotel offers rides to and from the beach on a golf cart. The ride to the beach takes less than a minute and we never had to wait long for someone to show up to take us there. Everyone working here is super nice. Beverly helped us during our check in and was the sweetest human being you can find. Jacque at the front desk, Stanley, Yvon, Elwood, Amelito and anyone we came across the property were genuinely nice and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The hotel provide beach loungers and umbrellas at their private section at the beach. Lounald and Bernard were the guys working at the hut and providing us with clean towels whenever needed. Always with a welcoming smile in their faces. This was my first time in Turks and Caicos and I can honestly say I cannot wait to be back and when I do, I would definitely be staying at the Oasis again. Great location, comfortable accommodations, awesome customer service and fair prices, what’s not to like?
This is a little gem of a place, clean well kept and quiet. Beach access with chairs and umbrellas set up and quick transportation to get to it. ( 5 minute walk, 2 minute golf cart ride). Staff was amazing, friendly and always helpful. Very happy I stayed here and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

The Oasis at Grace Bay was a great find! The property and rooms were impeccable. The staff went above and beyond with any requests we had. The only slight drawback was the need to take a golf cart shuttle to the beach. The shuttle was about a minute and was always available. Once at the beach, the Oasis staff took care of anything. I would highly recommend this property.

This is my 5th stay at The Oasis! The staff is professional and helpful. The property location is close to everything, private and everyone know your name. I will be come back again and again. I love The Oasis!

Nice property, and definitely good relative to the price. Not on the beach, but the walk to the beach is about 4-6 minutes, which is similar walk time to the beach at some of the larger properties that I have stayed on. Has beach chairs and umbrellas (no fight for chairs, no need to wake up early and claim chairs) and a golf cart that takes you to the beach or the main road. Two pools, a bit on the smaller side, but they were never crowded. Luxury suite king was large size with full kitchen (with dishes, a must in Turks as each dining out meal will cost 60-150$ for two), outside and inside dining tables, one TV, and two bathrooms/showers (open showers without privacy in the bathroom). Bed was comfortable, pillows even better. White shades, so bring eye covering if you do not want the sunlight to wake you up. No food services at hotel, but does have a restaurant (nice but pricey) next door.
