Rooms are outdated and the bed frame since it’s fabric look very dirty . Coffee maker broken wall hair dryer broken . Lobby is very outdated and the AC Vents very dirty. My room very noisy cleaning people talking loud .I will not be returning.
We had a wonderful time at Ocean Club East. Our room was perfect and the grounds were beautiful. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Clearly there were discriminatory practices in this hotel as we were assigned the worst possible room, with a view to a wall. There was a disconnect between what was presented to us at the time of the reservation and the room assigned to us. The aggravation was their attitude treating us as second class citizens. The front desk needs training on diversity and ethics. The restaurant staff were friendly.
We didn't like the room assigned to us. It was in very poor condition. The bed frame was broken. The ceiling fan was about to collapse. The balcony was so small the furniture took all the space. Our room view was to a parking lot. We liked that they gave us another room which was much nicer and in excellent condition.
Great beach. Wish we were able to eat lobster! Guess we Missed the season by two days.

Large spacious rooms with great furnishings. Wonderful large furnished balcony. Fans throughout every room and patio. All appliances working condition. Comfortably beds and linens. Air conditioner worked well. Great water pressure in shower with hot water. Kind staff. Good food at their beach Cafe. Plentiful amount of umbrellas and chairs on the beach for shade / also at the 2 pools. Bikes and free parking among the extra perks. Even surprised us with sparkling wine upon welcome.
Our condo was perfect; the staff was helpful and friendly, and the beach and pools were incredible. This has become our new favorite beach. Thank you!!
golf course walkable as was beach and restaurant. Clean and comfortable bed and more than enough large towels. Two towels each at beach/two kinds of chairs and umbrella.
We were worried about staying a little farther away from the main shopping and dining areas of Provo, but with the convenient shuttle that runs between this property and Ocean Club West, it was pretty easy to get around. The bikes also made it easier to get into town as well. Staff was awesome, rooms were clean and beds comfy, and the beach was beautiful! We enjoyed a couple of gorgeous sunsets from the on-site beachfront restaurant. Having the kitchenette and the washer/dryer was very convenient. My only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade some of the bikes. Some of them had definitely seen better days!

Besides island views, there are various room types available, including garden/pool, ocean view, and beachfront options. I regret that a room with a better view wasn't selected.I also wish to address any maintenance issues you may have encountered.
