This was a terrible experience. Expedia said this was a 4 star hotel. This is a 2 star hotel. We found dead roaches in our room, walls were paper thin we herd our neighbors having diarhea and loud music all not from the club next to it. There were only bed sheets and they refused to give us blankets, they did not honour any of the vip stuff we were supposed to get. It was advertised as adults inly and there were kids. We booked expecting a hot tub as advertised which was non existant. They refused to call us a cab and made us walk in the rain to find one when we were leaving. Our balcony was unusable due to mosquito infestations. Cleaning people left doors open when cleaning rooms which resulted in mosquitos everywhere. On the fourth day i got in an arugment with the reception who said we never paid for breakfast. I had to show them the receipt to show we had added in our booking(after 3 days of no problems getting breakfast) The only kind thing i have to say about this place was that the rooftop waiters were nice. They did not give us our 10 per cent off food and drinks that we were entitled to but they were friendly.

I liked the interior courtyard with the palm trees and the convenient location. My hotel room floor was a bit dirty, it needed to be either vacuumed or mopped. Otherwise, it was a nice room.

Stayed here before and it was amazing. I heard the place is under new management/ownership and it is now terrible…they have water features (fountains and waterfalls) that they refuse to run which leads to mosquitoes because of the standing water. I got bit some many times inside of my room. Terrible water pressure in the shower and the water didn’t get hot. The staff was nice but seem to be very intimidated by the owners/management. Would not stay here again!!!
