Everything about my stay at this property exceeded my expectations.
We had a wonderful time indeed..... The staff at La Pont-Neuf are some of the best in the world ….. They helped us throughout our trip and made our stay most enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and stay here ….. you will not regret it. Don and Raquel H.
Our room and the hotel overall was amazing! It was so comfortable that we didn't even want to leave the room. We practically had to force ourselves to get up and go sightseeing! Harish was also so wonderful to us during our entire stay. He was so helpful and always made sure we were comfortable. Location of the hotel was also great... within walking distance to many attractions, and half a block away from Chatelet Les Halle's metro station (30 mins to/from the airport)! Loved our stay and would recommend to anyone!
This hotel is very nice and the staff was amazing. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They have a concierge service for you. Guillaume was my concierge and he was very helpful. I had plans fall through because Visa Infinite Concierge was terrible and messed up all my plans. Luckily for Guillaume, he is very knowledgeable and knows how to get you into places. He was able to save my trip and get me reservations into where I wanted last minute. This hotel is located in a great location near the Louvre, shopping stores, restaurants and bars. I would definitely return here when I come back to Paris.
The staff here were so kind, welcoming and attentive. Special attention to be paid to the front desk team, the bell team and the team at Odette. Between both teams I was recommended the most incredible off-site dinner experiences that I would have never navigated on my own. In multiple separate occasions the staff went out of their way to be extra accommodating, be it to make a reservation for me by phone in absence of the concierge or to allow me to gain a glass of wine at the restaurant when their operating systems and internet were down and they were closing for the evening. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. I will absolutely return!
A few hiccups along the way. Pool was closed and never was able to order room service. However, the staff was very attentive and the rooms were really nice. It was also in a convenient location to the Louvre
