The only negative was the check in. Very slow and the person wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Didn’t offer us a map or anything. Other than that it was great. There are a ton of places to eat all around, a couple of small grocers, close to the metro. The concierge was very helpful.
The room was very warm, no air conditioning. Asked staff about it, they brought me a fan, did not help at all
There were some issues with the AC unit and shower when we got there. I advised the front desk the next day, I went out during the day and when I came back to the front desk I was advised the issue in my room would require me to move as it would take 1 day to get it resolved. I had no issue with that and they were very pleasant from the get go. I told them to give me a few minutes to repack. They sent someone to my room to help with the move and got upgraded. Staff was great throughout the stay and helped me out with all my needs. Needless, to say I got a nice note from the hotel manager and room service with treats, fruit and water apologizing for the inconvenience. It was a nice touch and goes to show they are customer service inclined. Thank you for a great stay!!!
We stayed here recently to celebrate New Years and my birthday in Paris. The hotel is very nice and has a spacious lobby and dining area. They feature a jazz club built in to the lobby with live jazz. The staff are all very welcoming and hospitable in atruely genuine fashion. We were checked in early at no cost upon arriving and check out was painless when leaving. Their breakfast is a buffet style traditional breakfast with a plentiful selection of pastries, meats, eggs, fruits and drinks. It is priced at €29 per person, they also have a 24 hour in room service with various options as well. We also tried the jazz bar one night and really enjoyed the drinks and service by the bartender. Unfortunately I cannot recall his name but he was very cordial and made excellent drinks. Right across the street from this hotel is Place de Les congres which has a metro station stop connected underground which has the yellow 1 line to take you to Champs Elysse for connection to other monuments and all the way to Châtelet nearby Notre Dame and the Louvre.
Good breakfast however attempt to have coffee available at end of your hall was a bust as machine was out of order 4 of the 5 days I was there!
Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, the hotel is walking distance to the train station. There are some good restaurants within walking distance, and it's a nice hotel. My favorite part was the bedding, I want to buy their pillows! We ate in the restaurant at the hotel, and the cheese plate was amazing!
Stayed at the hotel for work. Location was great and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was peaceful and quiet despite the large number of guests and the size of the hotel.
I spent great time in the hotel and surrounding restaurants and attractions.
It's a nice hotel, room is small and not centrally located. Need to walk, take ca or metro to get to main attractions. Good thing there is a starbucks across the street. Next time lookimg for something centrally located. too expensive to be so far away from main sites
