The staff was amazingly friendly and very attentive. We had an early morning flight and they had coffee and pastries waiting for us to take in the taxi. The balcony rooms are amazing as well, great views of the Opera House and Basillica. Would definitely stay here again

great

Great central location. Extremely friendly staff. The classic room was above what we normally get when we travel throughout Europe. It was larger than most and the bathroom was definelty nicer than just about any hotel we have been at in Europe.

Checked into this hotel for four nights in Paris. I have travelled Europe for over thirty years on business and this had to be the smallest room I have ever stayed in. I would compare it to a walk-in closet. If you put an ironing board up you have to climb over the bed to get to the other side of the room. The room we stayed in did not have a bathroom door, it was more like a sliding barn door with a two inch gap on either side. Needless to say not a lot of privacy. The hotel staff for the most part were helpful and friendly, however on the first night we asked for a recommendation for a restaurant. The restaurant we were sent to was over priced, the food was horrible and the atmosphere just as bad. I have no idea with the hundreds of great restaurants in Paris why they would recommend this particular one. On the positive side the hotel is located in a nice part of Paris near the Opera and Lourve.

We booked Hotel Edouard7 for our first ever visit to Paris, the hotel itself is nice. Newly renovated, friendly & helpful front desk staff, accommodating, english speaking, and clean room. We picked this hotel because of the location and the ton of great reviews. I WOULD HAVE said we had a lovely stay at this hotel, except for the THEFT that happened in our room that tarnished my whole Paris experience! My brand new LV wallet, I brought my first day in Paris went MISSING in our hotel room. We purchased a few items, one of which was a small female wallet. Most stores in Paris gives the option to have your purchase delivered to your hotel, to avoid carrying around and safety I assume. The first night, when our delivery came, I opened every bag to check if the items delivered we're correct. Afterwards, I put each item back in the original packaging, stored in the hotel's open closet, and left it there untouched, or what I thought was untouched. Our room was only serviced 1 day out of the 3 nights we stayed. I didn't realized it was missing until we left for the airport. I called the hotel immediately, and been communicating with their hotel manager. I felt so violated & enraged, someone would have the audacity to go through my shopping bags and take what's not theirs. I would not have expected this from such a highly rated luxury hotel. The hotel manager has been helpful & handled this situation as professional as possible.

The hotel is situated in close proximity to the Opera house and Lourve. The hotel is a boutique style hotel with classic Parisian feel and modern amenities. Upon arrival for our 5 day stay we were greeted by the hotel staff even before we could get out of the car. They quickly took our bags and ushered us into the lobby for check-in. Unfortunately we were 5 hours early for check-in but they assured us they would call us as soon as a room was available. They stowed our luggage and recommended several activities to keep us busy until our room was ready. The front desk manager showed us a city of Paris and described in great detail how to get to all the main sites. During our stay the staff remained as friendly and helpful as they had upon check-in. Our room was small but comfortable and very modern. The room service is 24 hours. But the food is basic hotel fare - nothing to rave about but if your starving it will do! I'd happily return to this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Edouard 7! It was so easy to get around and there were great restaurants and shopping just outside the door. We could hear our neighbors a bit (Americans who liked to sing loudly in the shower and come back tipsy late at night) but that was no fault of the hotel. The staff at the hotel were excellent; they all spoke English and were warm and ready to help with anything you needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we were extremely comfortable during our entire stay. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for our interests.

Great hotel next to Opera. Friendly staff and excellent location. Room decor is beautiful but very small. Small balcony with city view

Would highly recommend this hotel for the price. Staff was outstanding.

Hotel Edouard 7 is a very fine intimate establishment. From check in to check out the service was A 1 impeccable The room had fine quality linens and was well-appointed with toiletries . Bed was comfortable. The windows had a direct view of the Opera and the Main Avenue. With windows vlosed it is quiet .The breakfast quality and variety was ample and tasty. It was very accessible for tourism. Louvre is a 10 minutes walk . You can easily catch the hop-on-hop-off bus about 2 blocks away at the Opera house. Tons of restaurants brasseries and patisseries the neighborhood. If you use Uber I would recommend you use it also as an affordable and quick way to get around town Eduoard 7 is a top pic.

The rooms were super clean and staff was great. The staff would help us with directions and any bookings needed. Hotel had a small elevator.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. The only down side was Wifi was not free and charged us for each device we used on wifi.

Awesome experience! Definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

We had a wonderful time in Paris and the hotel was great. This booking site had a deal on the room which was much less than other sites so we stayed at this hotel. I later learned that another site had it for the same price but including breakfast which cost 30 Euros a piece. I wish I had cancelled and booked with the other site. The hotel was really beautiful. The lobby was small but the room was nice sized and really clean and beautiful. the bathroom was really beautiful. The room was spotless and the staff was very nice and helpful. My two adult sons and myself stayed in one room. We had a king size and a single bed. They were all very comfortable. The room had a small balcony and I could look out onto the Opera House from it. It was beautiful. The hotel was between the Opera House and the Louvre so it was a short walk to most sites and the underground. It was a little noisy with the street sounds at night but that would be the case almost anywhere in a big city on a major street. I was very happy we stayed here.

If you can get beyond the fact that most of the +/- $350-400 per night hotels in Paris offer small rooms, then this hotel is a great place. I knew about the small room issue before I went, and my expectations were adequately set. The room was small, and had a similarly small (even cramped) bathroom, but it was well appointed, clean and very nice (balcony view). The staff was excellent - friendly, helpful and accommodating from the Bellman out front (Billy) to the folks behind the front desk. It has a nice bar and restaurant too - Laurent and Hugo were great bartenders. The location also was optimal - close to the Louvre and not far from Left Bank attractions.

We´d like a lot. The staff works to help you in all demands.
