I had an issue with another place I had booked after checking out of Hotel Duo and they were kind enough to let me use their phone and hang out in the lobby until I figured it out. The staff is so friendly and helpful! The location is great - right by the metro and a bakery! The rooms are small but clean, with a soft bed, and even has a little balcony area overlooking the city.
Location was fantastic! Staff was friendly. Room was cozy & clean.
Hotel was very nice! Staff were great and very helpful. Didn’t like the key system they have, little tricky at first.

Fantastic location in Le Marais. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The lobby & bar area were clean & nicely decorated. Great for shopping, easy walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, St. Germain des Pres & Musee D’Orsay. Also easy to take the Metro to the other side of the city for the Eiffel Tower & L’Arc de Triomphe. Highly recommend this hotel - especially if you like to be right in the middle of the action.
Pros - Good hotel at a great location. Staff was very helpful. Metro just a block away. Decent size room for Paris. Cons - WiFi extremely bad : didn’t work at all from our room, no iron in room : had to take clothes five floors down to basement to iron, loud at night from the noises from street. Was expecting bit more for more than $200 per night
This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Le Marais -- just a few blocks from Notre Dame. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We had a situation where our flight got moved up by almost 3 hours, and they helped us get a van to rush us to the airport. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Paris.
I can understand why some might think the rooms are small, but for a city hotel I found they maximized space really well. The front desk staff was great and very accommodating and the location couldn't have been better. The only downside to my stay was the construction that was occurring outside the hotel. I wish I had known about that before my visit, but even with that, the room was pretty quiet. So without the construction, I'm not sure you could really hear typical city traffic very much. I would absolutely stay there again.

It was in a good location, close to metro and cool shopping and restaurants. Rooms are tiny and but nicely decorated....I was solo but couldn't imagine sharing a room with someone. The staff was decent but not super helpful.
Being a mature woman traveling solo, I was hoping I had made the correct hotel choice and I surely did! I arrived early at 11a.m. just to drop my bags and start my sightseeing. Check in was not until 3 p.m. but I was pleasantly surprised my room was almost ready and I was able to check in right away. This gave me time to unpack and rest for a couple of hours before checking out the area. I am not a walker but being in Paris I rapidly became one. My first adventure was walking to Notre Dame, only 15-20 minute walk and then I could not stop walking. There are metro and bus stations everywhere but walking to most of the major monuments and museums is a doable option. I stayed for six nights. If I have the opportunity to come back I will definitely stay here again.
Some staff was nice and accomodating but others were ok. For being a small hotel it had a good size lounge and bar. Room was definitely smaller than pictures made it seem but good size though, after all ure in Paris. Bathroom was quirky but bring wash clothes because they didn't include with towels. Great towel Warmers but a little too hot. I would use it again.
