Arriving I found lots of boxes full of trash at the entrance of my room with big bags of dirty towels we have to come back downstairs and tell the front desk about and we get bad faces because they didn’t like our request to move all the trash out so we can get into our room. Breakfast buffet? Jesus! We have to ask for everything. No cheese, no fruits, no bacon, no water… is not a real buffet is Continental breakfast with few scrambled eggs just to say they have something hot. At the last day when we arrive io the room we found blood over the hair dryer and on the side of the bathroom door. Elevators dirty..The carpets on the corredor full of dust. Do you a favor and stay away from this hotel. Rooms are very uncomfortable. I understand is Europe with small rooms but to the point you don’t even have space to put on your pants with hit your elbows or your toes. Very disappointed

Location was good. Quiet area and safe.

The location was AMAZING. So many options from small cafes and bakery’s to beautiful restaurants and bars. The metro is a short walk away as well. If you’re with friends and looking to have fun at night then this is definitely a good choice. However, if you have children or are looking for a good nights rest this might not be the best option. It’s very noisy outside (since it located very close to bars and restaurants) and it doesn’t die down until after 2am in my opinion. The room itself was beautiful, but some of the decorative pillows smelled like smoke. The bathroom was very spacious and has a nice towel warmer. Before you turn the water on make sure the shower head is turned on first or the water will get everywhere.

Good area, but rooms on street side very noisy on weekends with bar on street. Great breakfast and attentive and kind staff. Comfortable beds.

Great location!

The hotel is in a great location. It is small but that is Paris. Elevator was broke so be prepared to carry your luggage at any point. Overall it was a nice place and we would consider staying here again.

The property is very charming and centrally located to many attractions. The Key situation was different, but all in all, we felt safe and slept well.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent location for restaurants and very good shops.

Love the location .... right in the heart of the Latin Quarter ....

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful! The rooms are quite small and the walls are a thin so you can sometimes hear conversations from other rooms. The location was VERY central and convenient. All types of restaurants were just few steps away. You can walk to almost everything! Don’t let the hosts call you a cab cos there’s an added fee. Walk out to the street and flag one down yourself.

PERFECT location! Easy access to nearby cafes and sites. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Janice and Adrian were exceptional!

Wonderful hotel with very helpful and courteous staff. Very quiet and very clean room and bathroom . Great location with excellent shops and cafes and all kinds of public transports.

Great location only a short walk to Notre Dame and Louver. Small but clean room with good air conditioning. Friendly staff.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room, although small which is typical for Paris, was spotless. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were very nice. After 2 1/2 weeks in France, we had our best night's sleep at this hotel. The room was quiet and the A/C kept the room very comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located with great restaurants around the corner and the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens an easy walk away.

Let me start by saying the staff at this hotel was the best. They spoke multiple languages and remembered the language each guest spoke. They were very kind and welcoming. The hotel was quaint and our room had a view of the Eiffel Tower! The neighborhood was great as well -- it was close to sights and transportation but just far enough out of the super touristy area. There were a lot of food options closeby too. You leave your key at the front desk every time you leave, which was convenient because you never had to worry about losing it, and their front desk staff is 24 hours. They offer free coffee, pastry and lemon water for guests, which was a nice touch.

Dear Alberto,Thank you for this long message but I'm afraid you may have made a mistake. Our hotel proposes a breakfast where every guest helps himself. With hot jam and cold jam, sausages, eggs, cheese, water, bacon, 5 or 6 sorts of fruits every morning, french baguette, croissants, pains au chocolat, muesli, corn flakes, yogurts, honey, chocolate, hot and cold milk,; etc. I bet the other thnigs you are talking about where also elsewhere. Sorry for your memory.Have a nice day.
