Really nice experience overall. The staff was so wonderful and helped us with all we needed. Great breakfast, so comfortable bed and just really really cozy room. The lock failed to open in our bathroom so I got stuck there for just like 10 minutes, and just minutes after that we got a hotel room call from the boss at the hotel, telling us we would get free breakfast for the rest of our stay, and then we also got a personal letter from the hotel about how sorry they was about what happend to me, including a cute bag of lots of chocolate and french nougats and cookies. So cute.

Not that good. Cleaning and smell in the ground floor were quite annoying.

Rooms are outdated . Walls are stained . Wallpaper is peeling ! And the worst housekeeping is not including in the price !! Imagine coming back at the end of the day to find your room hasn't been cleaned. You call fromt desk to be told that there's no cleaning . You have to request it and pay 11 euros extra each time !!!

staff was very helpful. Excellent value for money. Great location to most touristic areas.

This place was great, right next door to a great restaurant, good location to all sites, walking distance to Eiffel Tower, staff very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again

The location of this hotel is absolutely fabulous, near the Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. However, it's very simple and certainly not glamorous at all. The room felt less than clean and the wifi was spotty. Still, overall, it was a fairly comfortable stay. The breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was but adequate.

very good location in a safe area close to the metro. rooms are a quite bit small.

Everything was perfectly fine, except the first day. The room wasn't ready (we arrived early and we knew the room wouldn't be ready until 2, but then it was 4, then 4:30 and we were offered another room in the first floor, but we had already waited 4 1/2 hours for the room we were promised and said no) and the person checking in (Ammie/Amy) favorite word was "I don't know," and avoided to call her supervisor at first when I requested to talk to her. Finally the assistant manager came, apologized and we had a welcome gift when we opened our door. After traveling for many hours since we left Houston, TX, it was a wonderful surprise. The room, even though it wasn't fancy at all, was exactly what we needed for our 11 nights stay. Kitchenette, mini fridge, dishes, pots, mini oven, toaster, silverware, etc. The Apart Hotel is at a walking distance from many main attractions (Trocadero, Eiffel Tower, Champs E., Arch of Triumph, and subways stations. We walked late at night and it was very safe. I love the hotel location, it really is a plus. I would come back without hesitation. I fell in love with Paris for the second time.

Was our first time to Paris. Wonderful place to stay. I have no complaints other than there is no daily room cleaning. Staff was great and very helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Nice bakery and restaurant next door. Very short distance to Eiffel Tower, we went every day. Near Metro, very easy to get around on trains.

Staff is very friendly and nice especially Tristan. The location is perfect very close to the Eiffel Tower and shopping. Likes the free espresso coffee at the lobby

This place aims to be a cross between an apartment & a hotel. I hadn't realized this when I made the reservation, but I ended up really appreciating the amenities. Room included a microwave, mini-fridge, mini-stove, sink, & pots/dishes/silverware/etc. which ends up being really convenient. There was also a shower curtain + elevated showerhead so you can shower standing up, unlike some European bathrooms which only have a bathtub + handheld showerhead. It's not a five-star hotel, but the price is good and (more importantly) the value-to-price ratio was much higher than other places I've stayed. Example: the bed here was a pull-out sofa, but the mattress & sheets were much nicer than those of the "real" bed at my last similarly-priced hotel. Pretty much all the staff speak English. The neighborhood is really nice & quiet but also walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and the Bois de Boulogne, plus several different metro lines. FYI there didn't seem to be any daily housekeeping service, so don't trash your bathroom on the first day.

Location was great and short walk to the metro. The rooms were clean and spotless with all new kitchen amenities, electronics and furniture. The room itself is rather small and the sofa bed was ok. I was not in Paris to spend a lot of time in the room. So I did not mind sleeping on it. Although, it was a pain to have to fold and unfold the bed all the time. Staff was great. The lobby area, internet and food options were limited so expect to do all of that elsewhere. The price seemed reasonable for the area. I would stay again but only if on a short trip.
