MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE BROKEN LIFT AVAILABLE!!! I HAD TO TAKE MY SUITCASE UP AND DOWN, AS THERE WASNT ANYONE TO DO IT FOR ME. WOULDNT STAY THERE AGAIN. THEY TOOK MORE THAN 1 DAY TO FIX IT !!!
The location was perfect - very close to metro stop and within easy walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It is tucked away in a residential side street, the only issue being morning equipment noise on the street below in very early morning. The hotel was small but so very charming, with elegant woodwork in the lobby. Room was perfect size and bathroom with lovely large tub and shower accessory. Staff was accommodating in delivering an ice bucket and assistance with getting to the airport.
We had a deluxe room which was quite large by European standards. Very clean and well appointed. Boutique type of hotel with very tiny elevator. Mall and shopping 1 block away. Mall has grocery store and bakery-closes at 1930. Free Internet and WI-Fi a definite plus. About 2-3 blocks from two different tube stations. Needs concierge service or better help with tourist attractions. We stayed for 4 days at this hotel in Paris which was about 1 miles from the Eiffel Tower across the river and about a half mile from the Trocadero square. It is west of most of the attractions in Paris except the Eiffel Tower. Situated in an area where the local Parisians live so you can get more of a feel for the real Paris.
Lovely hotel. The pictures on the website is very close to the actual hotel. Nicely decorated. The wall is a little thin, so it can be very noisy.
