There’s no effort at all from the staff except the guy that checked us in on the first day. Pregnant women in the morning shouldn’t be working she’s unhappy and ready to give birth she Wasn’t pleasant and friendly to ask questions too.

Early check-in was happily facilitated by welcoming staff. Room was adequately appointed and tastefully decorated, albeit quite contemporary, which we liked. Morning staff personally escorted us across the street for breakfast and provided outstanding dinner recommendations. Lastly, late checkout and bag storage was pleasantly accomodated. Bottom line: preferred accommodations deserving repeated visits.

The staff was amazing. They made the hotel so worth it. Sorry no name, but his shift is 2-9 went out of his way to help. He provided Euros for we didn't have any, went across the street to get cold water for us because they had just put water in the fridge and it was not cold, made sure we had breakfast (our departure was at 4 am) and EVEN called the shuttle to make sure our arrangements were GOOD. I will stay there again!!!!! Its a cozy place (with a European size bathroom) and it has a lift. Yeah. Only two English channels (news)
The overall stay was perfect!! They were so helpful on everything. I really cant say anything bad about this place and I would most definitely stay here again!
My daughter and I arrived in Paris from 9 days in African bush at 6AM. The hotel got us a room as soon as possible and helped with every request. Great advice on where to eat and how to get there. The location is super and the facilities immaculate. Our room was bigger than I thought, very well set out and comfortable. Would go back in a heartbeat.
We were in a pinch to get a hotel, so the price was considerably high as we got this hotel the day we arrived. Staff was amazing, very helpful, and extremely friendly. Close to Rebublique Metro station, nice area. I would for sure stay here again.
