The rooms have been updated. The water view is beautiful. The front desk and doormen are very professional and friendly.
they told us we were upgraded when we got there, but the upgrade was smaller than what we originally had. The phones in the room didn't work to call staff and the battery needed to be replaced in the TV remote which took about 15 minutes for them to get in contact with maintenance to get batteries. We went to the pool at 8 pm and then about 20 people followed us and the pool stupidly closed at 9 pm just when the most people had come. for the money paid the pool and spa should have been open a lot longer. The food in the restaurant was very good for breakfast.
We absolutely loved our brief stay at this resort . The staff, hotel, and area were excellent . Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful relaxing stay in CT

I enjoyed saving some money by booking through Orbitz. I have been coming here for over 15 years, and their website is DEFINITELY reflective of the property. No surprises or disappointments…EVER! Thanks Orbitz
