Very convenient to the airport with shuttles to terminal 1 and 2 (separate buses in busy morning time) eveey half hour. Good breakfast starting at 6:30 am and rooms are large, like hotels in America, and very quiet. Mine was on the 6th floor and looked out onto a bamboo grove. For the swimming pool and gym you have to pay separately (did not use it for that reason). I'd stay again.

Good location and value for money
Good location for airport - we walked from terminal 3 to the hotel (about 15 mins) and took the free shuttle bus in the morning. Comfortable enough. Yes, decor is a little dated, but all is clean and serviceable. Restaurant was ok - nothing special and worse value than most places we ate in Japan, but then it is an airport hotel, so to be expected. Good value for money and would stay again.

Air conditioning / heating in the room was not working. Was told to open windows but there was a sign in the window saying not to open it. It was mid Feb when we stayed so was still middle of winter. Room is small but is usual for Japanese hotels. Bathroom needs updating, very old. Pricey for size and the state of the room.
