Stay was a 5 star. ORBITZ 3 star. Never told me about resrt fee that would've been waived if I booked with hotel. Paid almost $300 more.

Beautiful setting and marina views. Clean and nice room. Very good restaurants and food. All staff friendly and helpful. Cleaning service very lacking. My room was only cleaned once during my 4 day stay - I was out all day till 4p and my room was still not attended too. One elevator had to be repaired and not in service and never resumed service during my stay.
We had a nice room with a small balcony overlooking the marina. It was close to the elevator and the cleaners' room which were a bit noisy at times. The Cafe on the Bay was only OK, the coffee was sometimes really good and others just not, and their breakfast choices were limited. The Bonefish Restaurant is good. There is a bit of a walk between the hotel and the club were the pool is but we didn't find it too much of a problem. The pool area is delightful and the restaurant there is really pretty good. However, warning, do not go to happy hour! There are few wines (only one was drinkable) and the service was awful. There was a problem with the water taxi but, after talking to the front desk, it was fixed and we had a very pleasant ride around the bay. We used Uber to go to all the restaurants in town and they were very responsive. All in all a good break from the frozen tundra up north.
It was an underground parking. Easy in and out Only thing was that we had to ask for buckets of ice from front desk each time. It took awhile to get. I get because of Covid but really not necessary. Nice view over waterway. Not sure about all the dogs in the rooms. I am not a dog hater either. Good location and nice shuttle service

nice staff but not experienced or communicative. pool side service and restaurant service awful. many stores closed around resort. can't get a quick healthy breakfast anywhere on site. One has to walk far between the pool / courts and the rooms / restaurants. No list of services or explanation of things in the hotel room and not explained well at front desk. Left laundry off at front desk to find out 2 days later never sent out. Staff very friendly and apologetic but seemed the whole place was lacking good or visible management and needed investment to get it to a higher level of experience.
My fiance and I are both in the service industry and were in dire need of a get away and this hotel provided all that and more
