The Hyatt Place Sandestin at Grand Boulevard provided outstanding service. The breakfast options were great and they provide everything a guest would need! I highly recommend this hotel when in need of lodging in Destin Florida.

The desk clerk was more concerned with playing on her phone than check in, no explanation of property amenities. Desk clerk attempted to charge for an already prepaid booking. The hotel also had a musty smell to the common areas. Room looked to be clean and bed slept well. Safe, lighted parking and convenient walk for dining.
The staff was great, helpful and very quick to respond to any requests. Only had a slight issue with slow sink draining but it never plugged up entirely. Breakfast was great! And the hot water was amazing, never had to wait for it to come out.

This hotel is outstanding! I don’t say that often. I will definitely stay here in the future. The staff are ALL very polite and very helpful. The hotel is clean and very appealing in every way. The breakfast was excellent. The pool is very nice and clean. Wonderful place to stay. I stayed five nights.
