Great stay! Also went above and beyond to accommodate my family
Staff is nice. The hotel experience was not. This hotel is outdated. As you come in the strong smell of floor cleaner is overwhelming. The elevators are filthy and so are the rooms. We found condom wrappers on the sofa and it was dusty! We had little kids knock on our door and run. It was not a great experience! Oh and the breakfast was cold. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere.
We got in late with children. Our bathroom door didn’t work. The hall way traffic was very loud and we could hear everything outside of our room. No bed sheets for the pull out couch bed. We were too exhausted to ask to move so we just dealt with it

A solid 3 of 5. The main amenity was the indoor pool. But the pool room was stifling hot. Coffee machine served only hot water until the manager found out how to fix it. Puddle of water in the hallway with a wet floor sign but nobody took the time to mop it up. Breakfast was mediocre. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean at least.
Overall the property was fine but there were some cleanliness issues in the room. Toilet rocked when sitting down. Stains on the bed cover and sheets.
