We were really disappointed in this stay. I chose it for the number of stars but I don't believe it accurately reflects the quality of the property. The carpets were heavily stained, the floor of the elevator was sticky, and there was no a/c on the floors, just in the rooms. The remote was not connected to the TV, no in-room hair dryer (it was just missing?) and the vanity mirror was broken and also missing. There was chipped paint and worn edges everywhere. The people are nice and it's not a horrible stay but I do feel it was a bit overpriced and the rating was a little misleading. An okay stay but would not likely choose it again at this price point.

We arrived for a late check in. When we arrived the front desk clerk told me they didn't except my two different card. One of which I used to pre pay for the room. After having to go to two different locations to get a $100 cash deposit we finally got checked into a room with multiple damages in the room and an unclean shower. (See pics). I took my photos to the front desk immediately. She said she would make a note. At check the front desk clerk said she needs to go check the room, no notes left of damage. I showed her the pictures and she went to check the room. I guess no new damage since we did indeed get our deposit back. Booked through hotels.com. bed appeared to be clean and the room didn't smell. So there's that. Could not share pics.... disappointed 😞

Hallways smelled of an odor. Both nights rooms above were disturbing. We’ve stayed here several times but we’ve noticed it’s not being well kept up.
