Our stay was wonderful. The pool & hot tub were clean and available. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and stocked. Including beds made and clean towels for the 2nd night.

This place was horrible. So noisy. Walls were very thin. Elevator was sketchy and made horrible noises that made your anxiety high. As soon as we checked in we noticed a stool with a broken leg and we reported it to the front desk. We paid extra for a room with a couch/pull out bed. When we went to ask the desk for bedding that was not supplied they told handed us a sheet and said that’s all we get. They said there may be a comforter in a drawer but if not they don’t have any. We asked about pillows and they said no they do not have any pillows. We told them we specifically requested the pull out couch for our extra guests and they refused to accommodate them. I paid for services I did not receive. I was talked to rudely when requesting items I was obligated to. We had a very restless and anxiety ridden visit. Everything you’re not suppose to have at “comfort” inn. Do better.

Perfectly clean, room service every day. Full breakfast. Lemon water at the entrance, thick, full comforters (for a hotel). Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, including high-dollar downtown resorts in Dallas.

Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and nice. The room had a panty liner sticker stuck to the middle of the floor. The shower was not the one I booked online and had rust and mold in it.
