Dirty underwear from previous guests, exposed electrical wires, shredded mattresses in stairwell, the only chair in the room was stained and in usable, no blankets on beds, crime scene tape holding second floor railing together. Overall unsafe.
STAY AWAY!! This was the most disgusting and unkept place I have ever seen. After requesting a different room, thinking it may be better, I decided the place was too unsafe and unsanitary to risk staying in and cut my loses and found a room elsewhere. On top of the filth of the rooms, only a paper thin stain covered sheet is provided (no blankets in beds), both rooms had no lights except in the bathroom, there were lamps but all were missing lightbulbs. Both rooms reeked of smoke. I actually witnessed the housekeeper smoking while “cleaning” rooms. The door to my room had obviously been broken into with a crow bar and I felt very unsafe. Don’t waste your money or risk your safety at this place.
If i wrote everthing rhay actually happened you would not beleive it. But in a nutshell I was chased by a racoon, locked out of my room for over an hour, needed an iron as was given a key to go look in a room, had stained sheets, dirty bathroom and the room was smelly. I canceled the last nighr and would have slept in my car rather than endure another night. Other than that it was great.
No towels No nothing ie soap, coffee, towels and toiletries. Rust on tub.
I was assigned to dirty room when checked in. I have asked to change room twice. However, both other room had broken indide lock. It was unsafe. Breakfast was not filled up when the foods were empty. I did not get breafast some days.

Room was dirty, bed dirt on sheets, toilet paper on floor in bathroom. Needed good cleaning and repairs. Didn't stay, asked for money back.

Stay away from this property. Wyndham should be ashamed of their name on the sign. This place should be condemned but first the housekeeper should be fired. I have never seen such obvious disregard for basic cleanliness. It’s was late and I was traveling with a dog or I may have just slept in my car. It took 3 rooms before I could just barely make that one work. First RM had toothpaste all over the bathroom sink and counter. The room smelled like smoke. Second RM was worse. Dirty…toilet rim had pee on it. A huge dead cockroach on the floor plus the tub faucet was broken and just ran. The only plus at this property was the night clerk Houston, he was so polite and welcoming. He changed my rooms and was truly sorry for the trouble. The day shift was not as nice. They didn’t really want to hear about my experience the night before. After all that I can say the Texas shaped waffle was really cool. I’ll be contacting Wyndham.
Staff very friendly. No Garbage can in room. No Toilet paper in room. No handles on drawers. Roaches in room. Electric plugs behind bed No plug for microwave.

Blood stains and other stains on comforters. Floor were not vacuumed, bathroom was not clean.shower looked gross. Over all absolutely disgusting.
Property was dirty on the exterior. Upon entering the room, there were dead bugs all over. The exterior door was damaged, the moulding was coming off, bathroom was dingy, missing molding and the flooring was not clean. It is supposed to be a non smoking property. The old dingy furniture smelled like smoke. There were people smoking outside the rooms blocking the walkway. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Wasn't even worth half of what I paid for the room. Very disappointed.
