Service was excellent we stayed for almost week two day gap stayed at different hotel but came right back to this place because of all the above reasons
My third time to stay here. Location, price, cleanliness excellent and friendly staff are what make this property my go to when in Lubbock. Only opportunity is the breakfast, i dont know if they had the warmers on, eggs and sausage was cold. Apple juice was watered down. Other than the breakfast this is the best hotel in Lubbock. Will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended.
Very loud at night, an alarm clock when off at 6am I I didn’t set ….. could sleep after that .
This place is nice, roomy and clean. Would give ut a 5 stars rating but they closed the swimming pool which was disappointing. We still enjoyed our stay and it even comes with free breakfast.
The room had a ceiling fan. I loved that.

NO PETS ALLOWED. We stay at LaQuinta because the brand allows pets. According to Cassandra at the front desk this is the only LaQuinta that does not allow pets. She was less helpful, had a tough luck attitude, wouldn’t even consider helping us with our problem, and at first would not even consider a refund. I was not happy. Ultimately, the hotel did provide a refund. If I were the LaQuinta, franchisee or franchiser, I would insure that it is clearly noted on your website that this is the ‘only’ LaQuinta that does not allow pets.
