We stayed for 4 nights over Christmas. My first time in Key West. I was leery about staying here because I read reviews that mentioned constant Jimmy Buffet music, which I really dislike lol, but it was the one property I found that had 3 queen beds at a reasonable price. I am so glad I booked Margaritaville! First, not constant Buffet music! Second, we didn’t have one bad meal at the on site restaurant, the food was excellent! The bartenders and drinks were excellent! The airport shuttle and hourly shuttle to and from Duval Street is so convenient! Every person we interacted with at the property were friendly and professional. I can’t wait to come back and I will definitely be staying here!
Great place! The restaurant was very good, people were very friendly and helpful. Pool and grounds are pretty much spotless. Rooms also very clean. They do offer a shuttle downtown all day until 11 pm. They also took care of getting a gulf cart for us to rent. Will definitely go back!

Clean, Friendly, and Fun property. Shuttle runs all day to get you to the best places on the island. Otherwise bicycles, scooters and golf carts on property to rent. We had a great stay!
Great property. Nicely updated and clean. Heavy construction on street make for mess and crappy view. Shuttle to Duval was perfect, and made it easy to come and go. Pool area is awesome. Restaurant on-site is good. Parking is adequate and there are several EV charging spots! We will definitely return.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However, the front desk, especially a woman named Jadie, was very inefficient. In general, the front desk would only have one person working even though there were multiple employees behind the desk. Specific to Jadie, she would intentionally not acknowledge you while you were waiting in line even though there would be no other guest in front of me. Jadie should not be in a role that requires customer service. The rest of the service staff were amazing!
This property was amazing. The atmosphere was great and it was right across from the beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite and even gave us an upgraded room upon arrival. A really great experience and hotel
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of options with the shuttle services every hour that travel into and out of town. The pool is nice, but a little crowded surrounding the pool with so many chairs. The food menu should be expanded as not too many options. The 2 bedroom suite was ok, the floors in the rooms need to be mopped better as they were filthy.
The staff was polite, but the cleaning personnel could have been more accommodating.
Great atmosphere. Previous guests pets caused us some allergy symptoms. Staff was really nice, seemed like they liked working there.
We stay here for 3 nights, it was obvious that the staff need it serious training, when we checked in the person helping us couldn’t tell us where the room was located, two days our bed was not made and they kept running out of clean wash towels, every time we order the same drink from the pool bar they were made different I definitely wont be staying here again.
Margaritaville Beach House located cross the road of Smarhers beach (#1 in Florida keys) Best for sun rise and safe to swim in the evening under the moon. Shallow with no waves. Sand beach about 2 km. Great for running. Nikita at the front desk upgraded for us room with two beds only for 30$(which was not available in Orbitz). Room was close to the beach, at restaurant sweet black beautiful lady gave hot tea herb late in the evening as my adult son had cold. He recovered fast after 3 days at hotel. Restaurant was very good and very nice foot and service, tea and fruit station station at the day time. Chattel to the town was great. Free parking in hotel. nice pool with waterfall. Room had bedroom , leaving room and bathroom area with slide doors. little kitchen. The best place in Key Vest to stay if you like to swim and travel in car.
