Location was great... Wild cats running around and even darted in our room. No food/bar snacks etc... Local kids running around the place day and night. Purchased through Orbitz on-line and got charged much more the my friends staying the same time booking direct.. MGR would not adjust. MGR very rude.
Nice pool, beautiful grounds overall but needs repairs here and there. Dated furnishings especially the heavy drapes…not luxury rooms but none of that interfered with us enjoying our stay. Wonderful well groomed beach area to watch the sunrise. We saw dolphins! Nice family run place. Courteous, helpful kids with pleasant parents!

Terrible beds
Overpriced for what is offered. Clean but in disrepair. Nothing worked without some playing with it. No hot water after 3 minutes in shower. Can't get decent TV reception.....and so on and so.on...I wont go.back especially when much nicer places can be had at similar ptices

The property needs to be torn down,little or no maintance! Everything is pre-pay so you can't get your money back he's got YOU. The pictures don't even come close.
Older hotel with not much on the property but the owner is very nice and worked hard to make us feel welcome. Fine for a short stay.
Unprofessional staff. Bugs everywhere. There was a husk of a cockroach being earthen by ants. Everything was old. Horrible place to stay.
It has potential but at the time of arrival it looks like a wore down ghost town.
Although the sign on the road was bright and cheery, nothing about this property was. The grounds look like a junkyard, with abandoned boats, tree stumps and random containers. The cabins look creepy, the check in area was dark, messy and disorganized. Although we were told the property was sold out, we only saw two other people, so the abandoned feel of the main building and the rattiness of the grounds felt really creepy. We took a random bar stool we found in our hallway and put it in front of our locked door to help us feel secure. In the rooms, which were tiny, there were mismatched heavy, heavy curtains on the sliding door/window. So you either had a dark, gloomy room or absolutely no privacy, as the window/sliding door led to a building-wide balcony with no restricted access. The pool was decent, but getting the small, threadbare towels took a special request. The water at the beach is unswimmable as it is brown and full of seaweed. Wifi was advertised but never worked. One hanger in closet. Broken closet doors. No lock on the connecting door in the first room we were shown, plus broken curtain rod. No restaurant, no services, whatsoever. If I could have gotten a refund, we would have left within the hour. Creepy, rundown place.
Pool and beach well maintained. Other outdoor offerings poorly maintained. No food service or tiki bar as advertised on web site. Rooms had lovely furnishings, but interior not well maintained. Drapes and walls dirty. Carpet in common areas filthy. I bet it was a wonderful venue in the past. For whatever reason it appears to have been "let go". Almost appears abandoned. The employee at the office was very friendly and had all of the paper work ready. Other than check in, no staff was visible. We only had a one night stay. Good air conditioning.

Per the cats they are not wild. They are part of the resort and are cared for by the resort. The kids are local as they are the owners children and some friends do come over as they live her. No we could not offer you a discount on your room as your discount was already given to Orbitz as their fee. As they charge us a % of your sale.
