Upon arriving front desk associate informed us the elevator was not operating and would not be repaired until later in the weekend. We checked out a first floor room (which are normally for guests with pets). The strong smell of cleaning products was intolerable. We then checked out a 2nd floor room. Again terrible smell of mildew and smoke detector was hanging off the wall. Being it was late in the day, not to mention $300+ a night we told the associate to cancel our reservation. There were 3 other families looking to checkout for similar reasons. The associate was cooperative.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was the worst. The elevator is broken and doesn't work, the wifi is broken and doesn't work, etc. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I wish they would suspend business and fix it properly before opening for business.

Room conditions. For the price paid for rooms they shouldn’t have hole in bathtub, rust, frayed carpet and cracks in ceiling. The elevator was out of order for 3 days. Had to haul luggage up stairs. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
