I asked for a charcuterie upon check in. It showed half hour after our check in. 31.00 for a platter for 2 meats, a small cup of beets and dijon mustard with about 5 pickles. No cheese or crackers. Our room was in the "new building". No ice machine on our floor.. you had to take 2 elevators to get ice, the front desk, the pool (which was supposed to be open Monday night but wasnt).it was ridiculous. How do you not have an ice machine (at least) on your floor???? No water coolers either. No vending machine. Nothing. The coffee cup in the room was cracked so there was coffee everywhere. It was 1 bad thing after another. The garbage cans on the property didnt open and no shoveling of the walkways where ice build up was done. Very disappointed for the amount of money.

Stayed for a night on an anniversary trip- was a great clean room however the hot water wasn’t working twice and we got upgraded but they put us in a room next to a bunch of rooms with kids that were disruptive and loud.
