We had no hot water to shower the second day. Breakfast buffet which cost $8.00 per person was a joke. Food was terrible and my last drink of coffee was all coffee grounds. Bed was comfortable and carpeting appeared clean. No elevator to get to second floor which was quite difficult with luggage.

If you’re looking for cleanliness this hotel may not be the pick but if you’re looking for a fun pool and kid area then this is great! The kids had a blast. The pizza was awesome. The parents beers by the pool were much needed!

The first room I was given had bed bugs. I took pictures and provided them to the front desk. They gave me a new room but I could not sleep the whole night worried that bugs were going to crawl in the bed with me… There’s a restaurant in the hotel. The front desk suggested to get some food there. I arrived 25 minutes before the kitchen was closing. When I tried to order, I was told it was too late. I wouldn’t have been that late if I didn’t have to change rooms but just added to the whole terrible experience.
