We had a great first stay at camelback! Although more affordable during spring break than the nearby lodges, we felt very posh and catered to. Shout out to extremely amazing employees Besniq (grill) and Casey (Aquatopia) who treated us like literal royalty. The water park is clean, well staffed and fun. The food is remarkably good. Only complaint would be no housekeeping, and we would have liked an ironing board, but that’s being nit picky. I asked for a wine glass the first night and got two delivered in less than a minute. Very good stay, very good staff and great experience overall.
Pizzaria floor was dirty and sticky, food in the pizzeria was disgusting plus overpriced, waterpark definitely good and perfect for the winter options.
We enjoyed having everything we needed on property. The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the table service restaurant and the swim up bar in the waterpark. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. The alpine coaster and zip line were our favorites. We really enjoyed ourselves.
Very disappointed in camelback. Our room was not clean and it smell like a locker room. Tried getting help from the front desk but they sent someone to only spray by the front door. We couldn't wait to leave.

Property was great. Staff needs to be taught about children with disabilities and to never tell a parent they can not enter with food that is unique for the disabled persons diet.
Omg we were the last one to leave the water park so my mom and forgot our our la coste slippers so we said ok tomorrow we’ll pick them up OMG and the next day the we’re gone so that means a staff member still them 😡😡😡and the worst of all is that the maneuver didn’t care so so disappointed so please BE CARFUL WITH YOUR BELONGINGS NOT TO THE GUEST BUT TO THE STAFF MEMBERS SO SO DISAPPOINTED 😔
We went for our anniversary and had a great time. Sadly, this time of year most of the restaurants were closed, which these were why we had picked this location. The indoor water park was very fun (even just as adults).
The rides and lazy different were super fun, not enough donuts at the lazy River though. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, parking should be free for hotel guests.
Great place for families. Lots of activities. The staff is super courteous and attentive. The indoor waterpark was well maintained and packed with slides, wave pool, etc. Be sure to take advantage of the outdoor Mountain Adventure activities like zip lining, mountain coaster and utv off road. People staying at the property get a big discount, so don't book it separately. The only negative comment are food prices at some of the shops inside the resort. Be prepared to pay $4 for a small cookie and $8 for a muffin.
Everything was great except for me having to pay extra each day for self parking.
