The property had crouches, it was so hard to get fresh Towels and they say breakfast is included but they didnt have enough food for everyone they didnt even have eggs. The pool is closed. If you asked the staff for something they told you to go to walmart and get it yourself.

Fine facility, but...
Fine facility. My only complaint is - and I'm not sure if it's a LaQuinta problem or one that lies with Hotels.com - that LaQ had no record of our reservation for 3 rooms/1 night and the gentleman at the front desk insisted we pay their standard (more expensive) rate. Well, let's just say there were raised voices from both sides of the counter, and a manager had to make a reluctant appearance :) We got our Hotels.com rate, yet sadly this is not the first LaQ property to pull this. As I mentioned, not sure where the breakdown is, but it needs to be addressed. Lesson learned: ALWAYS print out a copy of your Hotels.com confirmation for the facility...arguing with the person at the front desk while they're holding your phone trying to verify your information from an email or the app could produce less than optimal results :)

Arrived late in the evening to discover the hotel had given away the room I had booked a month ago. They gave me a king with a couch pull out bed. Get in the room and it was dirty. Beds not made, no sheets, no towels, trash in the cans etc. Go back to the lobby and the desk stated that had no more rooms with two beds and they could refund me. I was like refund and me leave or refund and you clean the room and I stay here. She just stared. I then asked for sheets and towels and we made the room ourself. Still dirty tho. Next day they cleaned the room while we were gone (appreciated). However the don of disturb was left on the door and they still entered without contacting us. Hotel hallways were dirty and breakfast was lacking. It consisted of eggs and sausage. No juice and no milk. Would not recommend.
