My key stopped working a few times and I had to keep getting it reset. The property is clean inside and outside. They need more lightning outside the facility where the parking is. I only parked in the front of the buiding. This was the best La Quinta I have ever been too.
No meat options with breakfast. The elevator is in shambles. My room's carpet was damp the entire time. No cleaning staff after a certain hour. The deadbolt on my door malfunctioned and I was locked out of my room for half an hour.

Upon arrival/check-in I was met with a very rude and confrontational clerk. My room was not very clean. The shower was dirty, with strange hairs, and the room smelled badly.

The Black lady that check me in and check me out was professional courteous and an asset to this local business. The young man that was 2nd shift, I think he is Mexican was always helpful. The worst experience was I waited from 4 p.m. to 10pm for assistance with the business washing machine. I asked the 2nd shift relief desk clerk, a Black guy, he said he would contact me when the machine would be available, he never did. I checked on the machine many times. Several times, when I went to check,, I told the Black guy, that somebody's clothes was on top of the dryer, somebody's clothes was in the dryer and somebody's clothes was in the washer and that these clothes had been there for a long time. He said he could do nothing. After many checks, finally I could use the washer and later the dryer. Doing my clothes was very important to me because in the morning I would check out and go to airport. I went to check on my clothes now a little after 10pm, Shift change, and a White lady, that was regular front desk worker, was talking to the Black guy. I was waiting for elevator and overheard them talking about me. From that point on the White lady was not courteous. If I stay again in this hotel again, it will be because of the day shift Black lady and 2nd shift Mexican man- Very professional and a l in customer service..
