It was in a very nice/ quiet location back iff the freeway with easy access.
I love the waterfall by the pool
Not long after we checked in we hear someone trying to enter the room, I answer the door and there is another guest upset that we are in the room that they also had a key to. I called the front desk and somehow they booked two different guests to the same room. The next morning, after going down for breakfast, we return to our room and we are locked out. After the front desk booked the two guests to the same room, they deactivated all of the cards to the room and didn't tell us we needed new keys to the room. The front desk people were nice but not very bright. There's no way that you should be able to book multiple guests to the same room and issue keys. That's a safety issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Even though they had some room construction going on at the time, it wasn't that noticable and did not interfere with my stay at all. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be staying at this location again in the future!

Relatively new property, great staff. Clean and conveniently located. Not many options to eat at a walking distance, but is Houston/Tx.
The location was convenient and the building seemed pretty new. The cleaning was something lacking as we had a leaf stay in our hallway which was never cleaned for nearly 5 days. The service was fine but slow and we always had to wait to talk to someone. Overall the most disappointing was breakfast. Nowhere prior to booking did we find that the normal hot breakfast was not available and this was not said on check in. We had planned to stay here for several nights so we were thankful that we had a fridge to get our own meal. If you are coming just for one night it would be a good stay but definitely not for more than that
Grab and his breakfast was horrible website stated hit breakfast and it was anything but hit. No housekeeping had to bring our own towels down to get new ones, water but working properly in the room. I was told housekeeping only cleans every 5 days, so I’m sleeping on the same sheets someone else that was there the day before, arrived early and could not check in. Horrible service will never stay again.
Everything was great. It was a last minute family getaway and everything went according to planned. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Muffins, breakfast sandwiches,etc. Customer service was great. Everyone was so friendly. Will DEFINITELY say there again.
They have two elevators and one was down the 4 nights we stayed. We went during Spring Break and March madness so it was a pain to get unpacked and packed and to our room on a daily basis. Otherwise the hotel is clean and the pool was in great shape. We were close to the Space Center and the fwy to get to Galveston. There are also many restaurants nearby.
Had a Keurig coffee pot. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Plenty of television channels.
