Everything was great! Road work is a bit of an issue around this area, but was fine! Clean rooms, nice people. Highly recommend.
Rooms was never cleaned the bathroom as a water leak the rooms was not the ones we was told about leak in the roof the ac didn't work great i don't think it was right for me to do Charged that much money had trouble from the Minute we got there we Left before time they really don't know what they doing had so much trouble with check in it took about hour before we got to go to the rooms so how could we get some of the money they took from us thanks

I am regretful that your stay was not as great as we strive to attain for all of our guests. We have been serving Baytown for 15 years, with an experienced staff, and it is rare to see a guest have as many issues in one stay. I thank you for sharing your experience.
