The staff was super friendly especially the woman who checked us in at night. It was very convenient to wash clothes asa we arrived; the front desk even had a small box of detergent for $1 which was great!
The rooms were very small. The beds are twin beds instead of queen beds. The lamps were broken, picture frame cracked. The alarm went off every 30 minutes in the wee hours of the morning. The fire alarm went off around 3am or 4am. We attempted to call the front desk, no answer. There was no call to say that it was a false alarm. We could hear children screaming across the hallway. We will never stay here again.

It took 3 trips to the front desk to get a clean room. They did not offer any compensation for the hassel, with 3 small children in tow. However the room was clean and the beds comfortable.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was delicious. There was no need to step out for breakfast. Really great location! So many restaurants and choices to eat, close to freeway and shopping mall right down the street.
It is a clean hotel and good location. Like the king size bed too.
Loved our experience at this hotel. Every staff member went above and beyond our expectations. Our room was upgraded to a suite and it was spacious and well kept. The hotel location was excellent and close to NASA as well as many dining and shopping options. HOU airport was less than a 20 minute drive. Will definitely be staying here again.
