We always like staying here when we come to Galveston for a cruise. You can't beat being able to leave your car there at no additional charge while your on vacation! The property is older and in need of repairs, but for the price you pay compared to other areas.... All the rooms are either on the 2nd or 3rd floors, and no elevators. So this may not be the place for you if you have mobility issues. They have added a shuttle service for an extra cost. Or its a quick uber drive to the port. Breakfast is decent - eggo waffles, cereal, pastries, oatmeal, juices, coffee, milk, fruit. BUT, on weekdays the lobby doesnt open until 8am so you wont be able to get breakfast earlier than that. We will stay here again. For what you pay for parking at the port, you can also get a hotel room that includes parking and let someone else get through all the port traffic!

ya gotta take the good with the bad. Bad news is that the place is old and run down. toilet didn’t work, there was literally graffiti on the bathroom door in our room, and everything that I touched, like lamps etc, had a greasy dirty dusty film on it as if it were never cleaned… ever… the Good News, is that customer service is good, if you go on a cruise, they will let you park your car there FREE for a week!!! also, they have a CHEAP cruise port shuttle to and from the port and they are awesome… so for me, the bed was comfy and I had a roof over my head so I would stay there again.

Great place to stay and park for a cruise. Have a car/bus service that comes to pick you up and brings you back. Evening front desk gentleman was very informative.

Hard to charge mobile devices with plug ins away from night stand Shower head leaked and distance great pressure Remote batteries were dead and the replacement batteries were very weak as well Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was nice to walk to the ferry and enjoy a short ride and see some dolphins. Pool was too cool to enjoy but it is March. Overall, would stay again
