Terrible stay, bathroom not cleaned, only one towel for a reservation with 4 guests. Breakfast was unappealing and the area felt unsafe. (The door to the 3rd floor that was supposed to keep non-guests out by requiring key cards wasn't locking, so anyone could enter).

The property was misrepresented, it was rundown, dirty, and very low staffed. The TV only had 2 channels, no clean linens or towels. The "fitness" room was under construction.

Our checkin was great until we got to our room. The room had not been cleaned yet so we went to the desk and left to eat when we returned the room had been cleaned but there was still a dirty wash rag in the bathroom and no towels or clean wash clothes

First of all I had to be changed out to three different rooms. First one the cable didn't work, the second one somebody was already in there the third one was dirty and the fourth one was okay.

My stay here was horrible, there was roaches in there which shouldn’t have been. The beds weren’t made and they were no pillows on the bed. Just horrible. I won’t stay here again I just want a refund cause this was just nasty
