This property is not kept in good condition. The bed linens are worn and dirty. One of my sheets had a cigarette burn and yellow staining and all, yes all of the bathroom towels were threadbare and heavily stained. There are other affordable hotels in the area that are kept in better condition
The place was ok since it seems it had been remodeled and the beds were comfy but there was an intense smell of cigarettes. When we got into the room it smelled humid mixed with cigarette although the room was a non smoker - I would not stay again due to the intense smell-
The property was very well kept and the night clerk was very accommodating.
Checkin took 30 minutes, shower didn’t work, key cards didn’t work.
The hotel and staff were nice. Would come back in the future.

Had no water one day so I couldn’t take a shower. Felt like the area I was on was not that safe to go walking around by myself.

Over price for pretty much average room. Charging 4 star prices at 2.5 star hotel. Will not be back feel like I got screwed for price I paid.
The floor had not been vacuumed, the water that came out of the bathroom sink smelled like sewer, the air conditioner was very loud and blew right up into the curtain. It sounded like people were roller skating above us. The beds were not very comfortable. We will not go back.
l. Bad Water leak on the floor by bed. Carpet very wet!! 2. Poor breakfast items, served in the hall. 3. A/c on low speed knocked & was loud. 4. Commode seat broken. 5. Bed was not comfortable. Had to ask for a blanket, as only the the bedspread was on the bed. 6. The security was non-existent, as the back door was broken & unlocked during the night & all day. Our room was 2 doors down from the back door. 7. We were unable to use the coffee pot in our room, because it was dirty & smelled like urine. We were very disappointed in this hotel! REFUND REQUESTED!
I was their for 4 nights. Did not go to the breakfast so idk. The room was clean for the most part could use more towels. Towels very small shower tub was just nasty they had a patch over it not sure what was wrong with it. I would not let me child take a bath..
