One of our favorite places to stay in downtown Fortworth. The updates in the lobby/dining bar area are beautiful! We love the free cocktail reception, breakfast is amazing, beds are super comfortable and the rooms are so spacious. Only downfall, is the bathroom could have used a little bit better cleaning, but not terrible!

The floor in the hall area was not working. The 11th floor was unbearable when you exit your room.
We had a great night at this Embassy Suites, I have stayed one time before Covid and had a great time then too. This was the first time since Covid that I finally feel like Embassy was BACK! The managers reception was wonderful, even though they were going through a remodel and did not have all the ingredients to make certain drinks the bartender was outstanding and did whatever he could to provide really good drinks! The pool was open and the hot tub was HOT. We had a group of 11 and everyone enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was exactly what what I expect from an Embassy, hot made to order omelets and plenty of other options on the buffet. Every hotel staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Great Job Embassy Suites Ft. Worth!!
The pool was unsafe. You could not see the bottom and it was filthy. I slipped going down the steps into the pool because I could not see the bottom. If a child was drowning at the bottom, no one would be able to see them.

It was great except no syrup for pancakes and then after tipping the valet plus the $32 valet fee got pricey. The plus to valet though was i didn't have to wait to get my car and it was only a one time charge of $32.otherwise it was a great experience and everything plus some of what I was looking for in a stay-cation.
The stay went perfectly, the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. Look forward to coming back again. 😊
Poor customer service from management at the hotel
This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Simply a TOP 2 of all the places we have stayed at. Right in the middle of downtown Ft. Worth, very convenient - everything within walking distance. From the valet parking, to the check in - check out - the manager 'drink' specials to breakfast - SIMPLY the very best. The manager of this facility takes GREAT pride and it shows! Congrats!

Everything was fantastic. My only complaint is that the ac unit in the bedroom was so loud that we couldn’t use it.
