The room had a terrible smell I walked in and walked out. They said the have a no refund policy and didn’t have any other rooms available but I didn’t care I would have never stayed in that room. I booked at the Hampton it was double the price but with every penny

Thanks for accepting our 2 Goldens. We love your dog policy. We stayed right next to the dog walk area. Convenient. Some of the previous guests did not clean up after their dogs. Maybe consider a clean up station / covered garbage can for that area? Snow just melted and there’s spring cleaning that will eventually be done. But we enjoyed our stay. Clean room. Good price and somehow, the receptionist even knew who we were! I would definitely go back to your motel when visiting Erie and will suggest it to family and friends. Only issue: the heat was OFF in our room and it was COLD. Maybe consider turning up the heat to 55 or 60 ahead of time when you know you are going to house guests in that room.
