Probably due to COVID, property seemed short-staffed (on our third day, no clean towels until after 6) and a little run down, especially the elevators and grounds (litter). The room, lobby and hallways were just fine for the price.

I liked the atmosphere and the hotel layout. It was very cozy and mostly quiet. I didn't like the vending machines were not working, some elevators were not working otherwise the experience overall was very enjoyable!
Dirty carpet dirty environs yuck not a nice enough place to recommend to anyone
furniture worn and in disrepair. vending machines and drinking fountain out of order room had slight odor from dirty carpet film on bathroom floor security light outside burning out and flashing all night reported security light issue and was told it would be fixed same day but was not for duration of the 4 day visit
Dingy, low light, people complaining of bed bugs,side/back doors did not lock, safety compromised.
This hotel is not up to the standards I expect from a Choice Hotel. Old furniture, old mattresses, repairs needed ( bathroom door knob came off in my hand, broken chair pinched my skin). Most annoying was the hallway reeking of marijuana which the Manager said he tried to deal with, but continued. My complaints were addressed by a room change, but I won’t stay there again. Not “Choice Hotel” quality I expect.
I had to leave early. First night i sucked it up. Left at midnight after too many things happened. Felt unsafe. Windiws didnt lock. Fight and cops called for 7 people fighting out my window. Asked for towels never received first time. Female Staff was polite .
The hotel was nice for the price And the location was good
Love the free breakfast, the fact that there are no pets, and it is clean. I stay there every time I am in the city which is often. Oh I forgot to mention that the rates are reasonable as well.
