hotel needs remoldeled . broken coffee maker that they never repaired. takes 20 minutes for water in shower to get warm then pressure is low. the restaurant sucks. place smells like sewer gas

We ended up, leaving after checking out to different rooms that both felt very unclean and had a horrible smell. Outside did not feel safe at all… broken windows on the building and minimal lighting. upon arrival the lobby smelled of marijuana.

Staff was very nice and put me in another room when the first room had a sink leak. Rooms could have been cleaner by cleaning off counter tops. In 3 days I was only able to get ice once on one floor. With no breakfast offered maybe have some breakfast bars to purchase? I wouldn't walk outside much farther then the front entrance door especially after dark.
I've stayed here several times and I always love the stay. This particular stay though, I picked the wrong weekend to stay. From the I checked in at 3:00 pm until my last visit to the lobby at about 10:30 pm, the lobby was full of little children running around laughing and playing and skipping around!! You would have thought it was a daycare!! And security came to my run and 11:00 pm saying that my music was too loud! I couldn't believe it! All those kids ages 6-17 running around the lobby like crazy and security complains about my music. Every time I went to the lobby, there were kids running around playing. If they were having a kiddie party, they should have been contained to there room or the ballroom and whatever room they had, yet, instead, they used the lobby like it was a playground. Next time, I'll check and see what kind of activities they'll be having at the hotel before I reserve my next room!

I did not like all of the young people partying. We were intown from another state for a funeral and was hoping for some peace and quiet.

One of the worst breakfast I have had in a 4 star hotel, the breads and rolls were leftovers from previous days, No hot items on a cold, cold morning. Coffee was cold, the waitress had a bad attitude.
