I waited 45 minutes to check in. Only one person checking people in and she was having problems checking the customer in. An old dirty torn mat is used to keep the back door open. It should always be closed and the card door opener is broken. This is bad security anyone could enter your facility since I also saw the front desk unattended. Lousy breakfast choices and food ran out by 7am. Nothing eco friendly at this place. Too many vendors around the facilities causing there patrons to park where your customers should be parking. I must say the king size bed I slept on was very comfortable. I don’t think I’ll ever use any of your facilities.
Easy access to freeway, pet friendly, accessible rooms, breakfast. Limited parking, bed was too soft, side door was not accessible from outside with room key.
I’ve stayed here a couple times now it’s pretty good hotel though the last couple times I’ve stayed they but me in front rooms and it’s very noisy the rooms are standard but out dated. Staff is great
All staff weren’t wearing a masks. Check out time was noon and they were calling our room at 11:30 am kicking us out. No one told us what the check out time was. According, to orbitz it’s at noon. Walls are super thin. The room above us kept walking so loudly in the middle of the night. You can hear the washing machine all night long too.
I could hear the sound of the train. Dining room should be a little bigger and staff, front desk, nicer and professional
Seattle traveler stayed a couple nights here the housekeeper was excellent but just a word of advice no elevator in this hotel room which was a bummer other than that excellent stay
I liked the way they treat u and the staff is very nice the food is good and the rooms are very nice
Customer service was great and they never let me down.
I had a great stay the only thing I dont care too much on a Handicap room due to the shower. Next time I will make sure I request NO Handicap room. It was just given to me. Dont like the shower!
I liked that they had the inside pool and spa. It was in a good nice calm location.

This hotel was well above my expectations the rooms were clean and daily service was done. If looking for the pool.amenity I would call before you stay as the pool was out of order during our entire stay
Was here for a funeral and this place was my second choice since the Holiday Inn was booked out. All I can say is that although the staff were friendly enough, the accommodations were not. The comforter had a big stain on it, the room air conditioner was loud coming on every 15 minutes (which made it hard to sleep), and the guests on the bottom and top floor were yelling and screaming throughout the night. Needless to say, I would never stay here again.
