The property is old but clean. Staff was friendly. Room service did minimal cleaning daily only supplied new soaps and towels. The least favorite aspect of this facility is the beds. They are old, taco shaped with the worst pillow ever. Lastly there was no seats for the balcony.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was nice and convenient. However, the rooms need updating. The bathrooms in particular and the beds. I sat on my bed and it was squeaky and way too soft. I felt like I was in a water bed and my daughter made the same comment about her bed. The inside of the bathroom door looked like it was damaged, but had been painted over, but poorly. The television is very small compared to what many hotels now offer. The room was spacious, but I’ve never seen the mini fridge located in a closet..this was a first for us. The golf course is probably a plus for many guests as well as the hotel’s history with Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, but unfortunately that’s not enough to overcome the inadequacies listed.

Bit of a blast from the past! Everything was clean and generally updated. For example outlets included USB ports! It's not a luxury resort, but nice!

The mattress in Room 135 needs to be replaced. I couldn’t sleep well because I could hear the people above me walking around and the motor of the elevator nearby
