I had to ask three times to get 2 extra pillows. In the morning housekeeping kept knocking on our door even with the do not disturb sign and I had to call the front desk to get them to stop. Location is convenient and safe. The room was clean and maintained well. The building needs some work outside, chipping paint in multiple places makes it look quite dull.

We had a first floor corner room. Layout for the bathroom was terrible. Could not get to the sink unless you went in and closed the door. The heater was very loud and the drapes were floor length and covered the unit. There was a lot of road noise. Someone had entered our room when we were out and left a hairbrush on the sink and my hairbrush was missing. We checked out a day early.

So so
Given the amount of money we paid to stay there we expected more. We thought they had a hot tub, but they did not. The room was ok but we had to walk along way around the building to get to it. They charge additional for breakfast. We felt thatvit was not worth our money.
