The check in process was quick. Gentleman at desk was very courteous. Room is clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

What stands out about LaQuinta is the caring attitude of it's employees. The shuttle service to the airport and back is excellent!!
Bed was very comfortable. Quiet place. Shuttle to airport and back was great! The only thing I didn't care for was breakfast. Not much variety. Even though bagels and bread were provided, their wasn't a toaster. The bagels were not fresh.
Was quiet and nice
When I called for the shuttle they never answered their phones, so we could not leave the airport to go to the hotel. I am asking that my money be refunded. Thank you.

Excellent service
Found a used syringe with needle in my room. Also it was clearly smoked in, with a plastic bag tied around the smoke detector. How housekeeping didn't notice either of these is shocking. Changed rooms and got a room with no toilet paper with hair on bathroom counter.
Ideal lay over hotel for Dfw between flights . Good shuttle service . Right beside a 24 hour dennys for food and a gas station. Olive Garden is a five minute walk . Ref lobster a three min walk All staff that I encountered were helpful .

Our nonsmoking room smells like cigarette, toilet seat dirty, shower curtains and bed sheets were not changed ,dirty and smelly. So disappointed.
