Not an uplifting experience
Service was lackluster, and generally not pleasant and helpful… other than the super attentive and nice waitresses at breakfast. She was great although, it was amongst the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Bagels were hard as a rock, cream cheese was only low fat, eggs were horrific, even the granola was whack. I survived on fruit and coffee. Guess that’s what you get for a complimentary breakfast.

Definitely not worth it
This hotel has no amenities. I was supposed to be in a room with a king bed and was put in a room with a queen. I was told that they were sold out so all of the king rooms were sold. The lady at the front desk told me that it does not matter what we see on hotels.com, and that we should not book online, that what we see there has nothing to do with w what we actually get. I told them I was under the impression that I could get a refrigerator, for my medication, and she quickly shut me down and told me “No we do not give out refrigerators”. The bathtub took forever to drain, the alarm clock was broken. Breakfast was not included with the $200/night room. I could have stayed at a motel 6 got the same quality room and probably better amenities and it would have included some kind of breakfast.
