Did not get any sleep Ac did not work there’s no working thermostat so it’s either off or on. It was 80 degrees when I walked in and someone had to come in to fix. Not to mention the sink was use once to wash my face, it was clogged on one use. Smells funny and front desk lady upon check in was very rude, also I waited 20 mins to get access back into my room once key card stopped working. No one in front, no thank you, don’t recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The outlets by the bed were temperamental but we finally got them to work with our chargers. It was frustrating that there was very little in the market and that we couldn’t take breakfast back to our rooms.

Pics in Orbitz were misleading. Room appeared to be clean, but dirty smell in the bed was just unbearable. Bathroom shower had some dirty spots; so, we didn't even use it. Shuttle service is the worst here. Driver came an hour late and wasn't even apologetic. Van was smelling with of the prohibited substance. I will never use this property again and don't recommend those especially with the family. Only good things about my rating is that the girl at the front desk was nice.
