The room was not clean
Location and cleanliness were nice, and price was ok.
Staff was very courteous, room had a toilet seat completely off and ants.
Would not let us stay because ID was a prison ID & told me we had to get our money back from Orbitz
Its very dirty i got here checked in change clothes decide i couldnt sleep there went found something out and returned the key ..i definitely DONT RECOMMEND anyone staying here .
Bad customer service. Manager could barely speak English and treated Americans like dirt. Gave funny looks and even asked us to leave the property after we got a ride from an African American. This place needs to be shut down. No pool, no amenities.. Very trashy spot. Police always there sitting in the parking lots
Enjoyed my stay. The people that stayed there were a little sketchy. But no issues.

Room was never cleaned before I checked in it still had garbage in the trash cans use soap on the sink and tobacco chew spit in the middle of the floor. It was an unbelievable cesspool I could not believe it
The Wi-Fi only works if you're standing outside in the parking lot. The rooms have a sour oder, the floors needed to be swept one of the beds was broke and we showered once we got in the room. I requested more towels to shower we never got them and the TV picture was very fuzzy
The fornt desk guy was very rude i ask for a non smoking room and he gave me a smocking room i have asthma and i got sick
No towel or rug to stand on when getting out shower or tub. No hand towel only small bath towel.
The heat was already on when i entered room which made it very cozy. Only complaints was it appeared to be trimmed goatee hair on the rim of the shower tub and internet was really slow. They have a no guest policy as well.
Ok for 1 or 2 nights. You pay for what you get. I'll be better if they don't offer free breakfast only fresh brew coffee in the morning.
Reserved a king room.yet when we got there is was founle full beds so me and my wife couldn't share a bed

Hello, This is to inform you that we made you leave because you were not following the hotel policy,We found more than 4 people from your room,To many people in-out from your room.We do not treat our guest like dirt,in fact we have to many good "Africans & Americans" customers and we are always good to each other.Also we do not have Police sitting in our parking lots.I am the manager and i am typing this reply in "English" so now you would know that how is my English.
