So dirty

The room is had a oder upon opening the door. Blood stains on linen on one bed. The clerk gave me new linen for that bed. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Tub was dirty near and around drain. Took pictures. Didn't notice how dirty the floor was until i with sock off walked to restroom twice in bare feet. Had to was my feet just to put clean socks on. My Daughters open their bed and a roach was in the linen. Still tried to make it work. Then my other Daughter saw a roach on yhe mirror. Needless to say my wife and Daughters slept in the car. We managed to get a early check-in at another hotel. Left a 730 am and never went back for second night. Very disappointed.

They need to reevaluate who is managing the front desk lobby, housekeeping and whomever maintenances the property pool. The room was filthy. Bed spread was dirty, floors had dead roaches and microwave had old food stuck inside of it. The mini fridge had old food spilled inside. Not enough towels provided for stay. The only two positive things about the room was the water pressure of the shower and AC unit. They worked well.

The staff was friendly but room mainly the bath room was not clean enough. The tub had cigarette burns, blood on bath room door and commode at the floor was dirty. I did not request a smoking room but I got one and could upgrade with extra money. I think it was a scheme to get more money because I tried to get another day and no where does it ask you for a smoking room. So I will not be staying at this location again.

Sheets were stained. Hair all over the bathroom and tub. No toilet paper.

I was over charged & when i went to tell owner he said it would be reversed.. Im negative still.. There was only apples & juice for breakfast.

Do not recommend. Room was disgusting & filthy. Floors were gross and we refused to go barefoot in the room. Wiped up water and towel was black. Found a live roach in the room. Will not stay here again.

I never thought a hotel like La Quinta would have many roaches in the bedrooms.

Thankful to get a room. Outside looked sketchy, however the inside looked nicely renovated. It was renovated, but poorly done. The floors were coming up, the shower pulling away from the wall. The bed and bedding were great. The mattress was actually comfortable for a hotel. The staff was excellent and courteous. FYI, there is a $250 fee for sand in the room. If your going to charged for sand, make sure the room is properly cleaned first...

The room had cockroaches, bathroom was dirty hair all over the floor, i just walked out, did not get refunded, thisbplace should be condemned immediately

The night manager was rude and facility was dirty and not well kept. I wont ever stay here again.

This is rundown wanna be La Quinta. Very outdated restroom, sink area and furniture.

Staff was very unfriendly, hotel was falling apart, no cable tv.... bad experience overall

Do not recommend. Room was disgusting & filthy. Floors were gross and we refused to go barefoot in the room. Wiped up water and towel was black. Found a live roach in the room. Will not stay here again.
