The hotel was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. The food was excellent and having a breakfast buffet on the property was phenomenal. We enjoyed are stay completely and have already recommended this hotel.
Clean and as expected
I walked into my room and it was filthy. Bed was unmade, pillows were dirty and the comforter was balled up and sitting on a table.
We stayed for 4 nights and never received room service. We were told because of COVID they don’t clean your room unless you’re there for 5 nights. The hot tub also wasn’t working. That was disappointing. We did really enjoy the restaurant and service from Sam. The food was delicious!
Had all of the room amenities that were listed on the website. The room and hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Second time at the property and it was great— again! Avis and Kyle greeted us warmly when we arrived. We’ve been visiting the area to scout locations for a possible relocation so we would like to stay there again.

The rooms are not soundproof. Heard people out in the hall late at night and early morning.
