Great stay pool and hot tub clean
This was the 2nd time I stayed at the property if I would have known it was the one I booked before I would have definitely picked a different place staff not friendly there rude nasty rooms are even dirtier dust and dirt all over the floor hair in the tub then to top it off someone tried entering my room and when I reached front desk they just said no big deal Would definitely recommend staying elsewhere

The 12PM checkout time was great. The continental breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. Love the pool and hot tub. I will definitely stay here again!
Its closed to everything shopping mall, groceries , movie theaters with free breakfast in the morning.

The front desk staff was very polite, nice pool and working hot tub, plenty on towels, decent sized room, good breakfast with plenty of seating and close to Lego discovery center.
Really enjoyed the hot breakfast in the mornings. And the pool/hot tub (kids loved it). Also very close to activities we wanted to do. Woodfield Mall, Legoland, several restaurants. Room was clean, beds were comfy. My room key wouldn't work a couple different times but they fixed it right away. They even allowed us to check in early after our long drive. Would definitely return.
Room was clean, staff friendly. Wasn’t able to use the pool or use their continental breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Just two things, curtains in room kinda old, as sunlight came through all the holes and their keycard, needed to go to desk a couple of times as it didn’t work. But otherwise, like this hotel!
The rooms were clean, but they were outdated. The walls were paper thin. I assume due to Covid there was no breakfast or pool available.
Very clean room and staff was prompt to address an issue we had with the toilet. The hotel couldn’t offer hot breakfast due to the corona virus lock down but they gave us bagged breakfast which was nice
