Rooms were not clean. You can tell under the bed was not cleaned. Bathroom needs to be updated and deep cleaned
The hotel smelled like marijuana when we walked in, the front desk person was on the phone yelling at someone on the other end. The hotel was going through renovations, which is fine but nobody mentioned that to us. The hallway floor was covered in paper. The room was nice but the TV did not work. It was a really disappointing stay. I would probably never return to this hotel.
When we arrived to the hotel, there was an issue with rooms being overbooked, which was no problem to us. However the staff went above and beyond to comp our room, personally walk us over to another hotel, and take care of our check in. It was fantastic customer service, and everyone was so kind! The lobby was beautiful and very clean. Thanks again!
Property is wore out. Dirty couches in the lobby. Dirty carpets everywhere. It appears to have little or no maintenance going on. Never again.
For being so close to a major roadway, it was very quiet. Great breakfast

I've stayed at this property several times before; I liked the decor better before its recent updatte. This time, I hoped for a quiet night before a trip, with breakfast and airport transportation included. I got the latter items; as for quiet, I've never had a noisier hotel room, until after midnight. An issue: when I checked in, the room I was given had no telephone, a huge safety issue for me since it does not provide easy access to hotel staff in an emergency. The desk clerk checked other rooms on the floor: they all had phones - but none worked. He located and moved me to a room on another floor that had a working phone (although that room provided the noise issue). The night clerk was completely unaware of any non-functional phones on the first floor. An open ceiling tile in the 1st floor hallway indicated to me that someone had likely been working on the phones. The clerk on duty should have been informed. He did the best he could in the circumstances - my words, not his.
Upon checking in, the TV took a while to turn on. The bathroom floor and tub were dirty. There was bad smell in the hall. The mirror in the bathroom was taped on both sides to stay in position which made turning in the faucet hard. One of the windows couldn’t close shut all the way. There wasn’t a phone in the room.

Staff terrible. Had to switch room 3 times. Was told tv leaning against wall unplugged on dresser was not their problem.. No toilet paper holders just a half roll on sink top. No hot breakfast as advertised. All around nightmare experience
